Studio Hire

Please allow a minimum of 14 days between submitting a booking form and the requested hire date. Availability is subject to approval following the submission of a booking form. You will be able to select your preferred studio in the booking form.

For weekly bookings:

The minimum hire period is 3 months, with 1 month notice to terminate after this time.
This hire tariff is for regular weekly hires only, please see ‘One-off Hire’ for different tariff
Hirers are responsible for managing their own marketing, bookings & attendee reception.
Hirers will receive a studio use Information Pack with full instructions on using the space and ongoing support from the studio manager.
There will be free 15-minute shared switchover time between adjacent bookings.

One-off Bookings:

Payment is made at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
The studio will give minimum 2 months notice if we need to cancel or change your booking.
Hirers are responsible for managing their own marketing, bookings & attendee reception.
Hirers will receive a studio use Information Pack with full instructions on using the space.
