Move in a way that feels good in your body
A welcoming Hatha yoga class combining somatic movement, classical yoga and breath-work, with plenty of choice and space to adapt the practice to you.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to know all the poses.
And you definitely don't need to make your body fit the shape.
The practice meets you where you are.
This sessions brings together mindful, exploratory movement with the traditional foundations of Hatha yoga.
You'll be invited to notice how movement feels from the inside, rather than simply trying to make a particular shape.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each class brings together a mixture of:
Somatic movement
Gentle, mindful movement that helps you notice sensations, explore your range and develop greater awareness of your body.
Classical Hatha yoga
Traditional yoga postures and practices, explored in an accessible and adaptable way.
Breath-work
Simple breathing practices to help you connect with your breath, settle your attention and support a sense of calm.
Mobility and movement
Opportunities to explore how your body moves, with variations so you can find what works for you.
Time to slow down
Space to notice, breathe and come back to yourself.
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?
Hatha and Somatics is a great choice if you:
Want a more mindful approach to yoga
Prefer movement that can be adapted to your body
Are new to yoga or returning after a break
Enjoy traditional Hatha but want more freedom and exploration
Feel stiff or restricted in your movement
Want to develop greater body awareness
Like the idea of yoga without pressure to perform
Or simply want an hour to move, breathe and feel more at home in yourself.

Get upside down. Get stronger. Have a laugh.
A weekly class exploring handstands, arm balances and inversions, with mobility work to help you move better and get more out of your practice.
You don't need to already be able to handstand. You just need to be curious and ready to have a go.
Handstand Club works in 6 week blocks, with each block focusing on a particular handstand, arm balance or inversion skill.
You'll break the skill down, work on the strength and mobility you need, practise different drills and gradually put the pieces together.
Rather than simply having a go every week, you'll have something specific to work towards and a chance to actually see your progress.
And you can join at any point.
Each week stands alone, so there is no need to have completed the previous one.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Handstands and inversions
Learn the skills and techniques that help you get upside down with more control and confidence.
Arm balances
Explore different arm balances and learn how to shift your weight and find your balance.
Strength
Build strength through your wrists, arms, shoulders and core.
Coordination
Learn to connect the different parts of your body and control your movement.
Mobility
Develop the range of movement that can make inversions feel more accessible.
Balance and body awareness
Get better at knowing where you are in space and making those small adjustments that keep you there.
