“I cannot thank Laura and the team at Bristol School of Yoga enough for everything that they have done throughout our teacher training course. I cannot imagine a more wonderful way to transition from yoga student to yoga teacher – even though the student part never stops!”
— Jake

Since 2009, we have developed an excellent reputation for offering one of the UK’s best yoga teacher training courses. If you want to transform your yoga practice and teach yoga then our 200-hour yoga teacher training course is a great place to start.

Enter a journey of self-discovery where we encourage you to find your unique voice as a yoga practitioner and teacher. The course focuses on Vinyasa and Yin Yoga as tools for teaching and practising while also looking in-depth at other practices, such as meditation, pranayama and chanting.

We draw on ancient texts to understand how traditional yoga philosophy relates to us today and to nourish our yoga path. But we also refer to the most recent, relevant discoveries in neuroscience to understand how mindfulness and yoga practice work.

The key yoga tutors at Bristol School of Yoga have over 11 years of experience ensuring you receive teacher training to the highest standards. Our course offers a broad philosophical framework for study but also delves into the detail of teaching asana. Our students love the sense of community felt on the course, we allow time for knowledge-sharing and personal reflection so you can fully develop your teaching practice.
