This course is the starting place for anyone who’s wondering, “Should I take a yoga teacher training course?” or “I’d love to know more about yoga for myself”
Yoga in Depth offers you the chance to delve deeper into yoga, develop your asana practice, explore the philosophy of yoga and begin to integrate yoga into your daily life. This course also acts as the perfect launch pad for our 200 hour training courses (YTT) and really helps those with a busy life prepare for the 200 hour YTT and not feel overwhelmed. If you are unsure whether you are ready for the 200 hour training, then definitely take this course first, it will more than reward you for your time and effort.
